Recruiting since 1994, Trish Coughlin, Executive Director and Owner of Peachtree Medical Consultants, Inc. has successfully recruited over 300 physicians, 100 mid-level practitioners and clinical nurses. She works directly with hospitals, multi-specialty groups and private practices to develop customized recruiting processes to ensure each organization hires the optimal candidate. Trish is a member of the National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters. This association allows her to network with over 100 independent recruiters nationwide to maximize the number of qualified candidates and to promote practice opportunities nationally.

Josh joined Peachtree Medical Consultants in the summer of 2017 to work on special projects and unique business challenges for clients. He has over 20 years of adding value and helping privately-held companies grow, including 10+ years in the healthcare/senior care/home health space. Josh has first-hand experience with strategic analysis and evaluation of business opportunities, implementation of growth plans, raising equity and debt capital, allocation of capital decisions, and mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side.
Josh has served as the CEO/President of 3 different privately-held businesses all of which raised significant capital, implemented a strategic business plan, and successfully sold to publicly traded companies. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University and earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
