PMC recently worked with a practice interested in hiring a physician and two physician assistants. After one meeting with a partner in the practice to identify the practice candidate needs and to explain the recruit process, PMC successfully completed recruitment of all three positions in 60 Days!
Hired the first physician they interviewed - PMC screened and presented six physician candidates, recommended they interview the best candidate and assisted in securing a signed employment contract after one visit. PMC completed references and is assisting the physician in the relocation and credentialing process.
Hired two local Physician Assistants in 30 days - The practice interviewed three candidates and hired two. Both physician assistants started within 30 days of interviewing. PMC completed references and followed up with the candidates on credentialing.
